The Jermyn sofa, designed by Lema. The essence of lightness for a timeless sofa that already in its name underlies the desire to create a proposal with a tailored spirit.
Jermyn by Gordon Guillaumier takes its name from the London street of the same name where the most important tailoring brands are based. Its design plays on the contained thicknesses of the armrests and backs which, like thin petals, slightly unfold to accommodate the soft seat cushions that combine comfort with the linearity at the base of the project. To give further lightness, the flat section feet, in bronzed metal made in fusion, support the structure by lifting it from the ground. A seam, typical of Guillaumier’s design and a symbol of Lema’s attention to detail, runs along the external part of the armrests and backrest characterizing the sofa and emphasizing the curvature of the structure.
